For the TOSS Group we are looking for a Junior Recruiter. TOSS Group is the umbrella group for various brands in the field of full-service HR services with (personnel) solutions for national and international organizations, expats and payroll outsourcing. The TOSS Group is currently in development, multiple entities and services will be added in the near future.
For the TOSS Group we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to work 32-40 hours weekly. We are in the process of setting up a recruitment branch with our own vacancy platform. You’re going to play an important role in this. We involve you in all areas and you get a lot of freedom for your own input and ideas.
In addition to being fully involved in setting up the new service, you are also responsible for the entire recruitment process. From writing a vacancy all the way to securing the candidate’s signature. Alongside management, you will develop your own job description.
The companies are in startup and have a large platform; so enough space to make our ambitious future plans come true. Will you help us build this out?
What are you going to do?
You will support in setting up our own vacancy platform;
You are responsible for all searches within our own group;
You bring in new vacancies and clients with your enthusiasm and communication skills;
You help job seekers find a job;
You write vacancy texts and distribute them through various channels, including our own platform;
You are the first point of contact for applicants and relations;
You build, manage and maintain a network of suitable candidates;
You conduct interviews with candidates and maintain relationships with clients.
What do we expect from you?
You have at least 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter, intermediary or account manager;
Space in your schedule to strengthen our team 32-40 hours a week;
You are driven and make contact easily;
HBO working and thinking level;
You can switch gears quickly;
You are constantly looking for creative ways to find the right candidates;
You speak Dutch and English well.
