We are TOSS Group, a fast-growing organization consisting of various labels of full-service HR services with (personnel) solutions for national and international organizations, expats and payroll outsourcing. Our team is now over 50 people strong and we are located in both Almelo and Amsterdam, right next to Sloterdijk station. Due to our growing range of services and expansion abroad, we are looking for a marketing strategist who can translate our business goals into a marketing strategy and rolls out concrete plans. You implement these plans together with your team and make adjustments where necessary.
What are you going to do?
As an independent Marketeer you know how to ask the right questions and you further develop the strategy. Because you understand our added value, you and your fellow marketers, put our organization on the map, both online and offline. You know how to exploit marketing opportunities, set up targeted campaigns and monitor progress. You have the drive to achieve goals and you take the lead. This translates into the following, among other things:
You work together with Sales to determine the objectives and strategy;
You further develop the marketing plan;
You develop campaigns and work out content calendars;
You brief colleagues about the content to be created such as blogs, mailers, brochures, etc.;
You are jointly responsible for attracting potential new customers;
You are responsible for SEO/SEA and good findability of our online communications.
What we expect from you
We expect you to be able to work independently as well as in a team, and to take initiative. We also ask the following:
You have at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist;
You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
You are collegial and flexible;
You work in an orderly and careful manner;
You are communicative and critical;
Experience in the expat industry and/or financial services is an advantage.
