TOSS renders (international) payroll umbrella services, expats visa application assistance, employer administration support, and international recruitment services and consultancy. To give the right direction to our company’s growth and ambition, we are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT.

Job description

As a “business card” for TOSS, punctuality and accuracy in providing information throughout the entire recruitment process is of great importance. After all, candidates want the job and managers want the right person in the right place on time. Such accuracy requires you to manage expectations well towards management and candidates. If you do not open the vacancy on time, you will not have the right person “in house” on time. However, if you do not provide candidates with status information on time, there is a good chance that they will no longer be available.

During the selection of candidates, it is important to always keep analysing, because there is usually not one “truth”. Such sensitivity requires a high degree of self-reflection; “Am I doing this correctly? Do I see it correctly?”. You are also a “mirror” for the candidate and it is okay to crack critical “nuts” about his or her qualities. Everyone wants to make the best of their job and not succeeding in a job only leads to frustration. In that sense you are and remain a coach of the people you place; whether you like it or not.

Responsibilities / Expectations

Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels;

N

Manage and own the recruitment process end-to-end and ensuring a positive experience for all those involved;

N

Develop a sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline;

N

Drive offer process – building compensation proposals and packages that meet both the company and candidate needs;

N

Organise, and represent the company at external job fairs, conferences, community/industry events;

N

Carry out management reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making, using internal and external market data and tools;

N

Leading and contributing to regional and global projects to transform the hiring experience, develop our employer branding initiatives and increase the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team;

N

Work with the Human Resources department to share knowledge, best practices and experiences.

What do we expect from you?

N

Education – Master/Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equivalent (please be advised to take a look at the additional information);

N

Experience as a recruiter within a corporate environment and preferably with recruiting across locations in Europe;

N

Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing methodologies, strong track record of networking externally and expert in competency-based interviewing;

N

Simply passionate about building an organisation through its people and enabling excellent candidate and colleague experiences;

N

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills;

N

Excellent stakeholder management with influencing skills;

N

Collaborative team worker, well organised, able to work autonomously, and a growth mind-set mentality;

N

Excellent attention to detail skills and high standard in terms of quality of output;

N

In the possession of driver’s licence B;

N

You speak Dutch and English well;
